IT'S THE END OF TERM!!!!!!!! Can you believe it?? 16 weeks online - well actually 19 weeks in total with the first 3 weeks included before we went official. Quite rememarkable. It has been wonderful to see so many of you so frequently and thank goodness for technology to allow us to keep going.
So to look forwards... this block ends next Friday 31st July. I have made a plan for August while I take some time off. I really hope we have good weather in which case for the first week of the month, I intend to offer some face to face classes out in the forest. I am going to do a quick reccie to check what parking is available and will confirm in next week's Latest News what venues we will use and what times. I will also be including online so I will check that I can get wifi and still teach online from wherever we are to include those of you who are not local and then of course, if the weather turns all the classes will be online. I thought it would be lovely to try and wrap up the term by seeing eachtohter so fingers crossed.
So for August, the first week will be a reduced schedule of classes online and hopefully live, and then for the remainder of the month, I will be putting up loads of recorded classes with lots of information to help you navigate around and find what is suitable. I am charging £20 for the 4 weeks to include the first week of live classes (reduced timetable) and 3 weeks of recorded classes. Please make payment for the 4 week block of August by Friday 31 July.
Please may I ask those of you who have borrowed equipment to get in touch and let me know if you would like to purchase or return for Sept? I will put more about Sept. and beyond in next week's letter.
I would like to thank everyone who has been subscribing for your loyalty and support by offering you a downloadable class to keep. If you email me with your preference, I will endeavour to match your requirements. I had hoped to have a fancy new page on my website with a whole library of the videod classes for you to scroll through but I am afraid that is still in the planning stages so just give me a guide and I will do my best. It will happen. Just not quite yet!! A big thank you from me to you.

So - all info on next week's classes is listed below. As a special end of term treat - On Thursday we will be doing the 34 ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND THEN BACK AGAIN. If you wish to join, all levels can be accomodated but do check the recorded classes that I have left up on the website with all the adaptations as I will not be hanging about on this one!! We will have to get a wriggle on so I will be starting at 8am prompt and apolgise in advance if the 9am starts a little late... hopefully not but you heard it here first.

Tough - Intermediate/Advanced Mixed ability
Beginner and all levels
The Tuesday and Thursday classes are 9am NOT 915am - you may need to refresh your page but I have updated on the website!
Please do not be put off by the level. For example in the Intermediate/Advanced, it doesn't necessarily mean all the exercieses are an advanced level but generally I will moving the exercises on more quicly with less recovery and less teaching cues so if you are confident in your practise and have experience, you can join in and modify and adapt where you need to. Likewise, the BEGINNER classes are a great opportunity for you to revise your practise and check in on where those bad habits may be sneaking in. Never understimate the demand of the BEGINNER AND TECHNIQUE classes! Feel free to give me a ring to discuss the class level and how appropriate it will be.

TIMETABLE FOR BLOCK 4. JULY 27-31
Monday 9am: Just you and your mat.
Monday 10.00am: Always have a block, cushion and flexiband for this class.
Monday 12.45pm: 30 mins on the mat. Non stop flow and sequencing.
Tuesday 8am: . Alllll about the arms. Have your band and hand weights.
Tuesay 9.00am: A mishmash to focus on glutes and abs. Have your ball handy.
Thursday 8.am: The 34 MOVES - kicking off at 8am prompt
and taking no prisoners.... All the through and then straight back again - we may over run the 45 mins
Thursday 9.00am. Just you and your mat and will include all levels so its a green/orange! - please be patient if I am a little late starting this after the earlier class. End of term shennanigans.
Thursday 12.15pm 30 mins on the mat. Full body workout.
Friday 8.30am: Everything - pole, weights (tins of soup), soft ball, circle, roller... just have everything handy and have some water to hand.. it is going to be tough
Friday 9.30am: The mobility, stretch and wind down class. Possibly on this occasion, the lie down and collapse class...
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THERE ARE OPTIONS TO SUBSTITUTE WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE THE EXACT EQUIPMENT - ALWAYS CHECK WITH ME IF YOU ARE NOT SURE.
