All this in just one workout with a lot of fun thrown in!
NASA has been using rebounding for years to help astronauts recover after being in space, rebuilding muscle and bone mass. They have found it to be twice as effective as treadmill running.
What is Bounceilates? I have developed a class where I will combine the high energy workout of bouncing on the mini trampoline to raise your heart rate and burn those calories, improve fitness and develop tone mixed up with some traditional Pilates moves being performed on the instability of the rebounder which will really help with balance and control and add a massive oomph to your workout.
