Once you are subscribed, you can access the live library and see what classes are available. With one click you can join the class of your choice. Do not be put off by the level of the class. I always offer ways to adapt but if you are not sure, please ring me so that we can discuss what will suit you best.


Current timetable

Mondays 8.45am The all levels mat one.

Tuesdays 8am mixed/intermediate ability - often sequence and flow

Tuesdays 9am The Functional strength one using weights and bands

Wednesday 8am The mixed ability one with Clare on the mat

Thursdays 8am The Technique one. Breaking it down and looking at all levels

Thursday 9am. The Back care one. All levels for strength, stretch and mobility.

Fridays 8am. Strength training. Bring weights.

Fridays 9am The full body deep stretch and relax one. All levels.

We often use small equipment but have lots of ways to adapt.

All classes are 45 mins.
