I think the less said about this week the better... don't you!! I am still without internet "hub", am still "hot spotting" and facing a weekend without binging on "This is Us" as was intended. Just as well it is going to be sunny then!!
I am going through my emials and if I haven't yet replied, I will do and thank you SO much for your support and lovely messages. Honestly, it means so much.
Recorded classes - I do not understand why some of you are having problems accessing these. I have looked and I cannot see a problem. I will possibly pop down to Steffs tomorrow ( THE most amazing place to grab a coffee and something to eat) and use the wifi and see what is going on. I also know I need to update the recordeds which is very much on the "to do" list. In my defence, this has been the first technology glitch since we started so all in all, this continues to be a successful way forwards.
I must be tired - this morning I went to put on the kettle and then thought "oh no, I can't make a cup of tea, I don't have any wifi"...... Oh dear....
I hope to have the normal wifi situation resolved by Monday and can only apologise for this week.
I know that there are updates in the press today about gyms and studios opening on July 25. There are however, very strict guidelines with regards to distancing and what steps to take and I stand by my earlier decision to stay here online for the forseeable. From the feedback, I feel that you agree and the garden classes are a very welcome addition for some of you but of course if you have any questions, please give me a ring. I am of course keeping up to speed with developments and am in talks with Future Fit about going back to tutoring again so very much up to speed with them but it is SO complicated at the mo, let's us stay in our lounge/kitchen/hall,/garden. I don't want you to think that I am not keeping an eye on developments but again, I will not be returning to halls until October at the earliest. I will, once we return, be looking at Colbury in addition to Beaulieu in addition to CONTINUING online but let's just see how it goes!
So to next week. I am going to incorporate as much as I can so that EVERYONE will be rocking the 34 moves with confidence.
Tough - Intermediate/Advanced Mixed ability
Beginner and all levels
Please do not be put off by the level. For example in the Intermediate/Advanced, it doesn't necessarily mean all the exercieses are an advanced level but generally I will moving the exercises on more quicly with less recovery and less teaching cues so if you are confident in your practise and have experience, you can join in and modify and adapt where you need to. Likewise, the BEGINNER classes are a great opportunity for you to revise your practise and check in on where those bad habits may be sneaking in. Never understimate the demand of the BEGINNER AND TECHNIQUE classes! Feel free to give me a ring to discuss the class level and how appropriate it will be.
Please note that by joining both my live classes and taking part in recorded classes, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the disclaimer terms and conditions. It is your responsbility to advise me of any changes to your physical well being and any change to your health that may affect your ability to exercise.
