It's Friday..... again!!!! Thank you all for your hard work this week. Wrapped up in the 34 moves this morning. It has been briliant to see so many of you "live" and to hear how much progress you are seeing by doing more classes than you may usually do.
So to a new block and a slightly altered timetable. The second Monday class will now be half hour earlier and will be including balance but will be working on backs so if you have a cranky back, make sure you get to this one.
STARTING NEXT WEEK - the Bitesized lunchbreak classes. I really hope that they work out for those of you on the school run (you have just broken up?? really?....) or those of you who are back to work will jump in and enjoy these. It continues to be a work in porgress and will change where necessary to be as incluisve as possible. I will vary the short, lunchtime classes once I see who is typically attending and what is required.
For this next block, I will be teaching The 34 Moves every Thursday at 8am and will be breaking down the moves in and amongst oher classes.

If you have the Zoom codes they are the same but of course there are a couple of new classes. You should be able to click on the webiste link and get straight in but do check.
I have really enjoyed seeing some of you in face to face garden classes and perhaps you may want to consider that as an option moving forwards. If you have a large indoor space (once the weather turns ((currently raining!!)) or you are happy to push the furniture to one side and invite a group of friends to make up your own class then do drop me a line. I do anticipte doing more along the lines of small, private groups so bear that in mind.
TEACHERS - I am delighted and very flattered (and just a little bit "kept on my toes") to see so many fellow teachers, both those of you who I have tutored and otherwise in my classes. I am planning to start a "Teachers' Masterclass" to give you class content ideas, cueing tips, ideas on how to break down and build up the more common exercise problems and offer support to you building your classes and will record the sessions for you to keep so if you think that may interest you, please drop me a line. This will be an additional, stand alone set up and charge.

Tough - Intermediate/Advanced Mixed ability
Beginner and all levels
Please do not be put off by the level. For example in the Intermediate/Advanced, it doesn't necessarily mean all the exercieses are an advanced level but generally I will moving the exercises on more quicly with less recovery and less teaching cues so if you are confident in your practise and have experience, you can join in and modify and adapt where you need to. Likewise, the BEGINNER classes are a great opportunity for you to revise your practise and check in on where those bad habits may be sneaking in. Never understimate the demand of the BEGINNER AND TECHNIQUE classes! Feel free to give me a ring to discuss the class level and how appropriate it will be.

TIMETABLE FOR BLOCK 4. JULY 6 - 10
Monday 9am: The Pilates Pole. It is just a broom handle (head removed) but I like to make it sound more grand.
Monday 10.00am: Always have a block, cushion and flexiband for this class.
Monday 12.45pm: 30 mins on the mat.
Tuesday 8am: . Just you and your mat.
Tuesay 9.15am: Small handweights, block (large, hardbacked book will substitute) and soft ball.
Thursday 8.am: The 34 MOVES
Thursday 9.00am. Just you and your mat. This is. mixe abilty and will include all levels so its a green/orange!
Thursday 12.15pm 30 mins on the mat.
Friday 8.30am: The circuits class. Soft ball, Roller and hand weights.
Friday 9.30am: The mobility, stretch and wind down class. Always have your block, flexiband and soft ball to hand.
